This application is delayed by two days. The applicant prays for recalling the order dated 06.01.2020 by which the petition was dismissed in default as none appeared on 02.05.2019, 27.11.2019 and 06.01.2020. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner assures the Court that henceforth the matter will not go unattended.

In view of the assurance and for the reasons assigned, this Civil Application is allowed on the following conditions :- a] All office objections in Writ Petition No.4393 of 2019 shall be removed on or before 15th June, 2022, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 16th June, 2022.

b] If the above directions are complied with, the Writ Petition shall stand restored and the order dated 06.01.2020 shall stand recalled.

c] Thereafter, list Writ Petition No.4393 of 2019 for admission hearing on 27th June, 2022.
