The limited grievance raised in this petition is that the petitioner has addressed representation dated 02.12.2020 to Respondent No.3-the Director of Technical Education and since then the same has not been decided.

Considering the limited prayer that the petitioner is seeking directions to decide the said representation, we direct Respondent No.3-the Director of Technical Education to decide the representation dated 02.12.2020 preferably within a period of six weeks from today, if not already decided.
