This application is filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants states that in the connected matters, already this Court has permitted the claimants to withdraw 50% amount of compensation, on furnishing undertaking.

Learned advocate for the Respondents - Acquiring Body confirms the said fact.

In that view of the matter, the Application is partly allowed.

First Appeal Stamp No. 28091 of 2019 to be heard along with First Appeal Nos. 909 of 2020, 910 of 2020, 911 of 2020, 915 of 2020 and 916 of 2020.
