The learned counsel for the appellant Mr. A.T.Kanawade along with appellant learned counsel Mr. Mohit Deshmukh for respondent No.2 along with officer Mr. Yogesh Sonawane are present today. 2.
The appellant Pooja Bhausaheb Gavade has attained the age of majority.

With the assistance of the learned counsels, we have ascertained identification of the applicant and the respondents. They affirm the terms of settlement.

They propose to dispose of First Appeal as per amicable settlement. 5.
The learned counsel and the parties who are present have placed on record the terms of compromise. Same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X for identification.
Sr.No. 8 SB FA499-2020 -26.
As per the terms of settlement Exhibit-X, respondent No.2 shall deposit an additional amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- ( Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty thousand) towards full and final settlement between the parties within the stipulated period as agreed between them. The same shall be treated as an undertaking. On depositing the amount, the appellant/claimant is permitted to withdraw the same.

The appellant shall pay the deficit court fees, if any, within a period of three weeks from today.
8.
The payment of deficit court fees, if any shall be the condition precedent to withdraw the amount.
9.
The first appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement ExhibitX and present minutes of order. 10.
Award be drawn up accordingly.
