Leave to amend to incorporate additional clauses of compromise. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 2.

Present Civil Application is filed by the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 & 5 jointly.

Mr. S.V. Adwant, learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have settled the matter amicably and have arrived at a consensus which has been reduced into writing in the form of Memorandum of Understanding dated 17.02.2022. That, the said Memorandum of Understanding has been duly notarized and registered at Serial No.1737/2022. Relevant

extracts from the said Memorandum of Understanding are reproduced in para Nos. 2(a) to 2(e).

The representatives of petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are personally present in the Court.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, further submitted that, the petitioner will scrupulously follow and adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding and more particularly reproduced in sub para Nos. (a) to (e) of para No. 2 in Civil application. Said statement is accepted. 5.

In view of compromise arrived at between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5, present application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
