The Petitioner's claim of belonging to the 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe Category, is pending with the Competent Committee, Dhule. He has completed his B.E. Mechanical course. His claim is pending since 05/01/2022. The Vigilance Cell inquiry is concluded. He has received the report and has also

2523.23wp (2) tendered his say. Thus, it is just a matter of hearing before the Committee, to be followed by the pronouncement of an order. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with the following directions :- (a) The Petitioner would appear before the Competent Committee on 27/03/2023 at 12.00 noon for a hearing.

(b) After the hearing is concluded, the Committee shall close the matter for delivering it's order. (c) Let the order be delivered, on or before 15/05/2023.

(d) We direct the three Committee members, to write their names below their signatures or on the order to be passed, since we noticed through several orders of the Committee that, the Committee members do not write their names below their signatures.
