Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, on instructions undertakes to deposit amount demanded by notice of demand dated 10th February 2022 issued by the respondent No.3, in this Court within a period of two weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted. 2.
In view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, respondent No.3 shall not take any coercive steps against 1/2

It is made clear that, if the amount is not deposited within a period of two weeks, interim protection granted by this Court to stand vacated without further reference to the Court. In that event, the respondents would be at liberty to enforce the said notice of demand dated 10th February 2022 against the applicant/petitioner.

Civil Application No.3425 of 2022 is disposed of in aforesaid terms.

It is further made clear that the amount that will be deposited by the applicant/petitioner with this Court would be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
