This Civil Application is filed by the legal representatives of the Original Claimants Kisan Pandurang Kamble who died on 22.10.2023. Present applicants are his legal representatives.

There is delay of 24 days caused in filing the present application. The applicants have alleged that the certificate

46ca5963.24 issued by the Sarpanch, Grampanchyat Ekodi, Tq. Omarga showing that these Claimants are the legal representatives of the deceased Kisan Kamble.

Considering the above, this Court is inclined pass the following order :

ORDER

a) The Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (A) and (B) and disposed off.

b) Appellant to correct the title clause of the appeal and the application within a period of 2 weeks from today.
