The matter has a history of absence of the parties and their lawyers. Since the matter was not attended, this Court by order dated 06.02.2013 had dismissed the writ petition for want of prosecution. Thereafter, by way of an criminal application No.4749 of 2013, the prayer was made to restore the petition. This Court by order dated 15.04.2015, taking a liberal view, restored the petition as well as the interim stay order. Then, the matter was listed in 2017, and the matter was again listed in 2019. On 03.12.2019, the Court passed the order that none appears for the petitioners even at the second call. However, in the interest of justice, the matter stand over

to 06.12.2019. Thereafter, the matter seems not listed. More particularly, not attended by the parties. Considering the past history of the matter, it appears that the parties have no interest in the writ petition.

Hence, writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

Rule stands discharged.

5.

Interim stay is vacated.
