This is an application for setting aside order dated 28.11.2016 passed by the Registrar dismissing the petition for non-removal of office objections.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. Registrar's order dated 28.11.2016 is recalled. Petition is restored to its original number. Petitioner to remove office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been revoked.
