By this application the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 86 days caused in filing the review application against the order dated 14.10.2022 passed in Civil Application No. 14198 of 2018 in Family Court Appeal No. 71 of 2018.

Learned Advocate Mr. Ghatge waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

By consent of both the sides the application is heard forthwith.

It is the contention of the applicant that after passing the impugned order the applicant tried to settle the matter with respondent through the mediator and the said process took some time. It is further stated that the compromise could not arrived between the parties and the respondent wife filed the execution proceedings for executing the order under review. For these reasons the delay is caused, which is stated to be neither deliberate nor inordinate.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, we are of the view that the delay is not deliberate and no prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the same is condoned. Hence, the application is allowed. The Review Petition be registered and numbered.
