ORDER :

The learned counsel for applicant on instruction submitted that he wants to withdraw the application filed for bail and suspension of substantive sentence. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for applicant submitted that the appeal is admitted and the appellant is behind bars for about five years in that case and the appellant is interested in expediting the appeal. He requested for giving directions to the Sessions Court to see that the paper book is expedited.

Paper book is expedited. The Sessions Court is expected to prepare the paper book within one month from the date of receipt of this order. Registrar Judicial is to sent the copy of this order to the concerned Court and place the matter before this Court after receipt of the paper book.
