We have heard the learned advocate for the applicant, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4. 2.

The writ petition is filed challenging the charge sheet. Subsequent to filing of writ petition further events have taken place. The applicant/petitioner now seeks to assail the order passed by the respondent No. 1 granting sanction for the departmental enquiry. The relief would be inter related. The non applicants will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

In the light of the above, the civil application for amendment is allowed. The civil application is disposed of. 4.

The amendment be carried out within a period of fourteen
