Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the by way of present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the interim maintenance granted to the respondent. However, according to him substantive proceeding had already been disposed of by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar. In view of the same, writ petition has become infructuous. 2.

In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
