This is an application for condonation of delay of 337 days caused in filing Review.

The ground for delay suggested is that the applicant had lost all his hopes and started feeling low after the judgment was delivered in the Writ Petition. After 2/3 months, the applicant No.1 decided to take further proceedings by way of filing SLP before the Apex Court and the advocate practising in the Apex Court advised him to file Review in the High Court. No dates are specified. The

application is as vague as it could be. We had disposed of the matter under Review based on the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of "Prafulla C. Dave and others Vs. Municipal Commissioner and others" reported in AIR 2015 S.C. 426. 3.

Considering above, the Civil Application as well as Review Application are dismissed. No costs.
