Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties.

In view of the enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction of the District Court, the matter would now lie before the District Court, Biloli. In light of that, the present Appeal is transferred to the District Court, Biloli.

Office to take immediate steps to transfer the matter a/w record and proceedings to the District Court, Biloli.

It is submitted that, the order of attachment is passed in execution filed by the respondents claiming recovery of costs. 5.

The respondents shall not proceed with the said execution for a period of 15 days from today so as to enable the present applicants to seek necessary orders from the concerned District Court. 6.

Needless to say, on lapse of period of 15 days, the present protection shall come to an end.
