ORDER :

The review is sought of the order made by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1179/2017 dated 24.1.2017. It is the grievance of the petitioner that after remand of the matter by the Hon'ble Minister, no hearing was given to him and notice is issued to him to deposit the amount of Rs. 10,19,829/-. This Court has considered this contention and this Court has ordered that petitioner needs to deposit 50% of the amount within four weeks from the date of order and then petitioner needs to deposit remaining 50% amount within further four weeks thereafter. This condition is put by this Court for further things. In view of the specific order, it is not possible to review the order made by this Court. The application is dismissed.
