The petitioner has put forth a request for issuance of"Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe" certificate in Form "C". The original certificate would be surrendered and an online application would be tendered.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Let the online application and the original certificate be tendered on or before 28.02.2023. After verifying the authenticity of the certificate tendered, respondent No.2 would issue the Form "C" certificate, on or before 15.03.2023.
