2] The appellant is a senior citizen and has been unable to file appeal in time. There is delay of 148 days for him to challenge the impugned judgment and order passed by the Reference Court. Considering the grounds mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the appellant shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the period of delay of 148 days.
