Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are a part of a private education trust. The pension of the petitioner is unpaid. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that a representation setting forth the details as regards the service tenure and death of the husband of the petitioner, would be tendered to respondent No.3, so as to issue appropriate directions to respondent Nos.4 and 5 and ensure that the pension, if payable in accordance with law, is processed.
