The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.03.2016 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Nanded by which the Respondent has been granted maintenance at the rate of Rs.25,000/- per month till the disposal of Petition No.E-288/2014. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that though the Petitioner is working as an Engineer with Reliance Industries at Mumbai, he does not earn such an amount which would make it possible for him to pay the maintenance at the rate of Rs.25,000/- per month. It is further submitted that the Respondent is a lawyer by profession and is educated upto her masters degree in law. Being a practicing advocate, she
*2* can support herself. She has deserted the Petitioner and has also filed the petition for seeking divorce.
At this stage, I deem it appropriate to direct the Petitioner to submit a certified copy of the salary sheet/ salary statement of the Petitioner for the months of March, April and May, 2016. The Petitioner shall, therefore, place on record the above stated documents on or before 07.07.2016. Until further orders, the Petitioner shall continue to deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/- before the learned Family Court.
Stand over to 07.07.2016.
