1) Notice. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives notice.

2) Learned counsel for the appellants is heard for admission of the appeal. Seen the judgment. The appeal is admitted. Notice after admission. It is waived by learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2 Appeal 179/2015 3) Criminal Application No.903/2015 is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The appellants are convicted and sentenced for offences punishable under sections 324, 149 etc. of the IPC and maximum sentence of one year is given and fine is also imposed. Learned counsel for the appellants made statement that entire fine amount has been deposited and the trial Court has already suspended the substantive sentence.

4) In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended. The applicants are to be released on bail on their furnishing PB and SB of Rs.15,000/- by each of them.

5) Registrar (Judicial) is to make correspondence with the trial Court to see that the names of appellant No.1 and 2 mentioned in the judgment delivered by the trial Court are corrected in accordance with the charge sheet as there is no dispute over the names mentioned in the charge sheet.
