This matter was heard for some time. The applicant is present in the Court and who admits that he was present before the Court when the order under review dated 24/01/2017 was passed. It is also conceded that no action has been initiated by the applicant against the concerned lawyer.

Learned Advocate for the applicant, upon instructions from the applicant/petitioner present in the Court, submits that applicant desires to withdraw this review application. This Court has noticed the presence of the applicant before the Court and the instructions given to the learned Advocate for withdrawing this review application. khs/DEC. 2017/54

Based on the above, this review application is disposed of, as withdrawn on instructions.

At this juncture, learned Advocate for the review applicant made a request that since Appeal No.29/2013 is pending before the learned School Tribunal for more than 4 years, the School Tribunal may be directed to complete the hearing in the appeal within a time frame. Learned Advocates for the respondents do not oppose. 5.

As such, considering the request of the review applicant, the School Tribunal shall endeavour to decide the pending Appeal No.29/2013 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 31/08/2018.
