DATE : 4th April, 2022 P.C.:- Heard learned counsel Shri Deshpande for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to the applicants, learned counsel Shri Deshpande sought permission to withdraw the application with liberty to apply to the concerned Court for bail if trial does not get concluded within a specified period especially within six months. In view of this, application is disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one year. If the trial does not get concluded within that period, applicants are at liberty to move the trial Court for regular bail.
