By this Civil Application, the applicant (original respondent No.1) seeks expeditious hearing of the First Appeal which is pending since 2008.

We have heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties. In our view, the applicant has made out a case for early hearing of the First Appeal. Hearing of First Appeal No. 2018 of 2008 is accordingly expedited.

Place First Appeal No. 2018 of 2008 for hearing and final disposal in the week commencing from 25th September, 2017.
