This Petition can be disposed of by issuing

wp1992.16 directions to Respondent No.1 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the proposal in respect of the validation of caste certificate issued in favour of the Petitioner and pending with Respondent No.1 Scrutiny Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ONE YEAR from today, and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, the Respondents shall not take any adverse action against the Petitioner only on the ground of her failure to submit validation certificate and permit her to appear for the examinations and declare the results of the examinations.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
