Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that after the notice was issued by this Court on 4th March 2025, the State Government has issued Notification on 17th March 2025 in respect of appointment of competent authority. Learned Advocate tenders copy of the said Notification, which is taken on record by marking Exhibit-X. He submits that in view of this Notification, the purpose of the petition is satisfied. Learned Advocate for the petitioners, therefore, upon instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Petition.
