This Court expressed disinclination to allow the application on the ground that there is no change in the circumstances, the learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned advocate for the applicant however submits that evidence of more than five witnesses is over. Trial is at fag end. Therefore, it would be proper to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible and in any case within four months from today. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months from today. The trial Court shall conduct this case as expeditiously as possible by keeping it twice in a week. Needless to mention, it is a session and the
308.2024BA -2session means once it is started, it should not be stopped till the conclusion of trial. If the applicant- accused or his advocate are not cooperating for conducting the trial, the trial Court may impose heavy costs upon the accused. If the applicant-accused is not produced before the trial Court, the trial Court may conduct the meeting by calling the district jail authority as well as head of escort parties and direct them to produce the accused on each and every day. If those directions are not followed by the authorities, the trial Court may proceed against these two authorities as per Chapter X of the Indian Penal Code for contempt of lawful authority etc., without reference to this Court.
