These applications are filed by the respective claimants for condonation of delay of 925 days caused in filing the first appeals. 3.

The applicants are the persons whose land came to be acquired. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to allow the applications. 4.

The applications are allowed with a condition that the applicants shall file specific undertaking/affidavit within four weeks that the applicants shall not be entitled to claim any interest for the delayed period in case, the appeal is allowed and amount is enhanced. 5.
