2.

Mr. P.B.Patil, learned counsel for the first informant with all his vehemence opposed for grant of bail to the present applicants.

3.

This is an application for regular bail. By the present application, the applicants who are father-in-law and

2 Cr.Apln. 908.2015 mother-in-law of deceased Komal are seeking their enlargement on bail in connection with Crime No. 18/2015 for the offences punishable u/s 306, 304 (B), 498-A, 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Police Station Amalner, district Jalgaon.

4.

The F.I.R. was lodged by Dharmesh, the father of deceased Komal. The marriage took place on 04/12/2013 and the unfortunate death of Komal occurred on 20/01/2015. It appears that she has committed suicide by hanging herself. The F.I.R. shows that in proximity of the incident, the husband of the deceased assaulted on her. The nature of the accusations in the charge sheet against the present applicants are that they demanded money from the deceased and for that illtreatment was caused.

5.

The investigation is already over. Charge sheet is filed. Looking to the allegations made against the present applicants, it requires detailed probe which can be done only in the trial. Hence, the applicants can be released on bail since their custodial presence will not subserve any purpose. 6.

Hence, I pass the following order :
