Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P for the respondent-State.

While granting bail the applicants were directed to stay away from village Palam, District Parbhani for twelve months. Now six months have been over. The applicants are coming before the Court for relaxation of the condition that all the applicants are suffering from High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. Such a disease does not require a special treatment. It is very common problem now-a-days that human being is facing. Such a treatment is available at every place. Therefore, this appears no good and bonafide ground for cancellation or
