According to the learned counsel for the applicant, the non applicant no.1-original writ petitioner is going to retire on attaining the age of superannuation on 30th June, 2015. The Applicant be allowed to fill in the post of Secretary on the non applicant no.1 attaining age of superannuation. The learned counsel for the non applicant no.1/petitioner does not have any objection for granting said prayer. 2.

In the light of above, we pass following order: (a) The applicant Committee can take steps to fill in the post of secretary after the non applicant no.1 attains age of superannuation, in accordance with the Statute, Rules and the Government Resolution prevailing at the relevant time.
