The applicant is the original petitioner. Certain documents, which according to her, have a bearing on this case, are sought to be obtained under the Right to Information Act from the Education Officer, who is respondent No.3. Grievance is that the Education Officer is not taking any decision on the said application. He has filed applications dated 8.9.2015, 15.9.2015 and 1.12.2015, seeking those documents. 2.

Learned AGP appearing on behalf of the Education Officer (S), Zilla Parishad submits that an appropriate order would be passed on the said applications.

Considering the pendency of the petition and the dates on which the applications have been filed, the Education Officer shall pass akl/d
