1] Heard. Perused the order dated 13th December, 2017 passed by the Registrar [Judicial].

2] It appear that due to non-removable of office objections, the order came to be passed. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove office objections. I am of the view that application deserves to be allowed on condition the office objections shall be removed within two weeks from date of this order. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-'B' and 'C', subject to removal of office objection within two weeks from the date of this order.
