CORAM : R. M. BORDE & P.R. BORA, JJ.

Dated: July 16, 2015 ...

PER COURT :- 1) Heard.

The petitioner is objecting to delimitation of the Wards declared by the Election authorities. The objection raised by the petitioner for delimitation appears to have been turned down by Collector, Ahmednagar on 9.2.2015.

2) Learned Counsel appearing for State Election Commission, on instructions, informs that the process of election has already set in motion and the acceptance of the nomination papers has commenced from 13th July, 2015. 3) In this view of the matter, since the process of election has already been commenced, no interference is called for. Keeping option of the petitioner to avail of alternate remedies, as provided under law, open, the writ petition stands disposed of.
