The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide the pending proposal for grant of permission to open the Secondary School at village Rahatgaon, Taluka Paithan, if already not decided by respondent No. 1 within stipulated period.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to take

wp4112-2016 decision on the proposal dated 18th April, 2013, submitted by the petitioner, if not already taken, on its own merits, in accordance with the Government policy, as expeditiously as possible; however, within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. 5.

The parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
