We have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocate for the appellants. The learned Prosecutor has brought to our notice several crimes previously committed, in which, these two appellants are arraigned as accused. 2.

The learned Advocate for the appellants submits, on instructions, that the appellants pray for leave to withdraw this appeal with the liberty to renew their request for regular bail after the charge-sheet, with regard to these two appellants, is filed. These two appellants, earlier, withdrew their Criminal Appeal No.664 of 2020 seeking anticipatory bail under the order of this Court dated Gajanan

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed off as withdrawn. After the investigating authorities file the additional charge-sheet with regard to these two appellants (as the charge-sheet with regard to the other accused has already been filed), they are at liberty to renew their request for regular bail. 4.

Since this Court had appointed Shri Shaikh Ashraf Patel, learned Advocate to represent respondent no.2, his fees are quantified at Rs.2,000/- (Rs.Two Thousand Only) and the amount shall be paid through the High Court Legal Services Authority, SubCommittee, Aurangabad.
