PER COURT:- 1.

The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has completed her B.E. course.

Earlier also directions were issued to the Committee to decide the proceeding within nine months. From March 2018, the same is not yet decided.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23.03.2022. The Committee shall decide the said proceeding within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

In case, the Committee does not decide the proceeding within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner, we would be

(2) 944-wp-2750-2022 compelled to take serious view of the matter. We are required to observe the same because, inspite of earlier directions passed almost more than four years back the proceedings are not decided.

The respondent shall not refuse to issue mark-sheet to the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
