The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2013.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23.03.2022. The Committee shall thereafter decide the validation proceeding preferably within a period of four (04) months. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, this Court has granted validity to real brother of the petitioner.

Naturally, the Committee shall consider the judgment delivered by this Court in case of real brother of the petitioner.
