In this bunch of petitions the petitioners are

( 3 ) the students who are prosecuting their studies in medical course. Respondent University withheld the result under the caption that 'Hon'ble Court Ruling awaited'. 2.

This very issue came up before us for consideration in the bunch of petitions and on 14.02.2019 these petitions are disposed of by us with direction. Copy of the order is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Considering this fact the petitions are allowed with direction to respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee/Tribe Committee as the case may be to decide the claim of the petitioners expeditiously and not later than three months from the date of order of this Court. We further directed that the University as well respective colleges to declare the result of the petitioners and permitted the petitioners to prosecute their further studies and also directed not to take any coercive action on the ground that the claim is pending. On the decision of the Caste Committee or Tribe Committee the University and the respective colleges are at liberty to take appropriate steps.

With the above direction, the writ petitions are disposed of.
