Pending the hearing and final disposal of first appeals, there shall be stay to the judgment and awards impugned in first appeals, subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit entire amount under award within a period of 6 (six) weeks from today, in this Court, failing which the stay granted vide this order shall stand vacated automatically. Civil applications for stay are disposed of.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in civil application No. 5241 of 2015, legal heirs of respondent No. 2-D are already on record and they are impleaded as respondent Nos. 2-A to 2-C. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents-original claimants also admits the same. In view of this, leave to delete respondent No. 2-D from the array of respondents is granted.
