Order :-

1. We have heard Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for petitioner.

2. The dispute is with regard to mutation entry. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has already approached to the Divisional Commissioner, who directed the Sub-Divisional Officer to make enquiry, however, as yet, no action is being taken. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that pursuant to circular dated 13-02-2015 the Divisional Commissioner has constituted the Committee to look into such grievances.

4. The petitioner may approach the Committee constituted by the Divisional Commissioner in this regard as per circular dated 13-02-2015 for redressal of his grievance. In case the petitioner approaches the Committee for redressal of his grievance, the committee shall take decision and necessary action in accordance with

2 WP-3679.16 law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of application/complaint/represention of the petitioner.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
