For the reasons stated in the application, more particularly paragraph Nos. 1 & 2 and the fact that respondent No. 7 intends to transfer certain property which is subject matter of the petition, in favour of proposed respondents, application seeking amendment to the petition by addition of these parties

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week and on carrying out the amendment, issue notice to added respondents, making the same returnable on 10.10.2019.

The petitioner is permitted to serve these respondents by any legal mode of service apart from regular mode of service and place on record the service affidavit, before returnable date.
