Heard rival submissions. It appears that the Acquiring Body has deposited only 75% amount of the impugned award and therefore, the applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the said amount. 2.

The learned counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that Reference Court has granted exorbitant amount of compensation which is almost eight times. 3.

In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount along with the accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar

(Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal.
