1] The present Civil Application is filed for recalling of the order issuing bailable warrant. The applicants have tendered unconditional apology. The reasons are assigned as to why the decision could not be taken as the respondents and management were not cooperating in the hearing before the applicants. 2] Mr.V.S.Panpatte, learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that next date of hearing is kept on 26th February, 2022.
