The applicant was granted conditional bail as per his own suggestion to deposit Rs.14,75,000/- within six (6) months from 09.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the period is going to be over on 16.02.2024. It has been submitted that he has tried his level best to arrange for the money, but he could not. 3.

However, in the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted to the applicant to deposit Rs.14,75,000/- within three months from today. If he would not comply with the conditions as per his own offer, he would surrender before the concerned Court. 4.

It is made clear that there will be no further extension of time.
