It is submitted that the present applicants and the original claimant have compromised the matter in Special Civil Suit No.109 of 2017 and in Special Civil Suit No.110 of 2017. The appeal is filed by the acquiring body. The present applicants want to get themselves impleaded. The original claimant does not have any objection.

In view of that, the present applicants are allowed to be added as respondents. However, they will not be entitled to re-agitate the issue about they being not the parties before the reference Court and acquisition proceedings.
