After hearing both the parties following order is passed. 1.

Out of the amount deposited, amount of Rs. 50 lakhs be paid to the claimants as under:

(i) Rs. 25 lakhs be paid on giving undertaking.

(ii) Rs. 15 lakhs on solvent security.
