Mr Godbole, the learned Counsel submits that the service book of the petitioner is incomplete. Principally, the respondents would accept the cause of the petitioner till 04.02.1990. The learned Counsel for the petitioner also on instructions accepts that the respondent may consider the service of the petitioner till 04.02.1990.

According to Mr Godbole, the learned Counsel, as the service book of the petitioner is incomplete, the present officiating Principal be allowed to sign the service book.

In a way, the service book will be reconstructed. In such a scenario, the only person, who would authorize to sign in the Principal Officiating as on the date, the respondent No. 1 may take necessary entries as per record available and complete the service book under his signature.

The petitioner and the respondent may co-operate each other in fnalizing the pension proposal. After fnalizing the pension proposal, the same shall be forwarded to the respondent within a period of two weeks thereafter. If the said pension proposal is forwarded, the respondent shall take decision expeditiously.
