The learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy U/Sec.51(6), 51A(5) of the Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965.

In case the said proceedings are filed, the State Government may decide it expeditiously. If, the proceedings are not decided within a reasonable period then, the Petitioners may move the Court.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
